It (Movie) - Production Moves To New Line

New Line, a division of Warner Bros, has taken over production of making a big screen adaptation of Stephen King's classic novel. Cary Fukunaga is still attached to direct, and the film is still planned to be done in two parts: the first to tell the early story from the point of view of the main characters as children, and the second to do the portion of the story told from their view as adults.

No word on when the film is planned to release to theaters.
